This USB PVR is an external hardware encoder support MPEG1, MPEG2 even MPEG4 and integrated TV tuner. Because of MPEG-4, USB PVR is capable of watching same high-quality TV and video in lower band width and smaller disk space, also you can connect the USB PVR to DVB-T receiver, DVB-S receiver (satellite receiver) to record all the TV programs on the computer!
